Since our thoughts create dis-ease in our bodies, throughout our lives we may be faced with different issues in our bodies. Lumps here there and everywhere. I personally suffered with uterine fibroids and was going to schedule a hysterectomy. Any woman who has ever had a hysterectomy knows that even though you still have your ovaries and think your hormones will be fine may be able to back me up on this... That is not true. Most of my friends who have gone through the surgery come out different (not to the good) women who struggle with themselves. I didn't want that to happen. I was spared going through this experience by following the teachings in this book. The book is super easy to read and I am going through it again to heal other areas of my life, so I don't get cancer and so that I can live in peace. I like the focus on the power of belief. The guided meditations are excellent. More of an outline of all the steps would have helped but this is more art than science so it's still very useful. (Many typos and grammatical errors but you still get the gist. It just would be more professional if they were fixed )
